Please note that in case the courier person is not able to find the address, the address is incorrect or if the customer is unavailable via phone or at the address, a shipping of ₹120 will be charged for reshipping. Only the reason for return given by the courier company will be considered.

DISPATCH
Orders are usually dispatched within 7-15 working days after order confirmation(10-20 working days for sweatshirts). After which it could take a week or so to reach the destination depending on how far it is from our location in Mumbai. Incase covid restrictions or complete lockdown is announced, orders will be processed once the restrictions/ lockdown is lifted. There won’t any refund or cancellation of orders.
RETURNS
Please be informed that we do not have a return, exchange or refund policy at the moment. We will provide you with all the details required before you place an order. Placing an order confirms your acceptance of this term. Do let us know if you have any questions.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Kindly note that we’re manually processing batches of orders and if there is situation wherein the order is taken but there is an unavailability of a particular item, the customer will be informed within 72 hours and the order for that particular item will be cancelled or altered as per your choice.
