PAYMENT AND RETURNS INFORMATION
Full Payment to be made in advance via UPI (Paytm / Gpay / PhonePe) or Bank Transfer. Payment details will be given after order details are confirmed.
Currently we do not have a return, refund or exchange policy.
INCASE OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR WRONG COLOUR
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
We do not have a ready stock & make the t-shirts as per your requirement hence chances for defects are slim. If you receive a damaged product or a wrong colour of the t-shirt, we will refund the full amount if proof of damage or wrong colour is provided within 2 days of receiving the package.
Proof of damage or wrong colour has to be documented into a video right from opening the package to clearly zooming in on the defect on the product. Damage/Defect does not include size issues or colour variations of the ordered colour. The tags should be intact and the product should be fresh (not worn or washed). There is no guarantee for damage in transit. In case of discrepancies, Oh & Eff is entitled to make the final decision. Please note that in case the print colour on the t-shirt is in a non-desired colour, it will not be considered as defect or wrong product. All the orders will be made according to the confirmation message sent by our team member with all the order details, if the order details are incorrect, please point it out to us before making the payment. In case a wrong order is noted and confirmed due to human error, there will be no refund. Please check the confirmation message that contains the order details thoroughly before making the payment.
We do not have a cancellation policy at this time.
